It was the annual Collinsville Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade last Saturday, Dec. 13th in historic downtown Collinsville featuring the Crimson Cadet Marching Band, lots of kids both participating and watching, the wonderful Shriners and of course, Ol’ Saint Nick.
